They laugh in the face of danger and risk their lives for their jobs. Mining and trade men are unsurprisingly a fantasy for many women.. In these days of metrosexuality and man pedicures, manly men are becoming a disappearing breed and mining represent conventional masculinity. This doesn’t mean that women want a guy who gets into bar room brawls and chugs alcohol until they’re passed out drunk or that women don’t want a man who is loving and sensitive as well. But sometimes you just have to man up if you want to get the girl. Here several reasons why women find mining and trade men sexy and what you can do to make yourself more like one; even if you’re not.
Loyalty
Mining men often work as a team. They are often required to risk their lives for others and often do so while working. Such devotion to their fellow miners is oddly enough sexy. To a woman, loyalty says you’ll stick by her no matter what.
You can do it: Always stand up for those you care about whether it’s a woman you’re interested in or just your buddies. Don’t tolerate smack talking of any kind. In the grand scheme of life, your friends and family should come first and if she can’t see that from your behavior you’re a goner.
Passion
When’s the last time you met a miner who said his job sucked? Chances are never. Miners love their job. And to women that’s very sexy. When you love what you do it shows. And consciously or not, for many women that passion translates to the bedroom. Whether or not miners and tradesmen are better in bed that other men, has yet to be proven, but many women would be more than willing to find out, even if it is just based on circumstantial evidence.
You can do it: This one is pretty straightforward; love what you do no matter what it is. Even if you’re stuck in a crap job, don’t complain about it. Find another position within the company or start looking for another job. If you can’t quit, find something else you enjoy doing. If your apartment sucks, move. Passion is sexy; disinterest is not.
All in all, be a man! Avoid going manicures, pedicures, and other excessive grooming. This doesn’t mean don’t take care of yourself. But if you’re taking more time to get ready than a woman, it’s a problem. Keep it simple and ditch the beauty routine. When something breaks, don’t call an expert; do it yourself.
